Youth Philanthropy Initiative Final
Today saw the final of this initiative take place with 5 groups of S3 pupils presenting their bid to win £3000 for their nominated charity. The competition was fierce with the judging panel taking almost an hour to come up with a winning team.
Charities represented were Lochaber Foodbank, Ewen's Room, Women's Aid, Fèis nan Garbh Chrìochan and Care Lochaber and we welcomed all representatives.
The winning team represented Fèis nan Garbh Chrìochan and were awarded £3000 to allow the charity to fulfill the outcomes outlined in the presentation.
