Well done to Lyall who continues with his commitment to swimming, He took part in the East District Open at the Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh this week

He swam 50m Breaststroke & 50m Freestyle. Unfortunately his Breaststroke didn't go as well as he hoped but he managed to shave fractions of a second off his 50m Freestyle.
