Congratulations to Kate Bradley for her stunning success at Film G, winning the Sports commentary award on Friday 17th February. Kate who attended the award ceremony at the old Fruit Market In Glasgow for the first time with her friends and family was looking forward to a good night, but was nervous in case she had to make a speech. Just before the interval after all the other youth awards, Alex O'Henley and Gemma Fay took to the stage to introduce the five nominations, all clips were shown and to the delight of all her friends, family and of course, school staff monitoring the event on line, Kate was announced as winner of the Sports Commentary award. Kate will go to a VIP game which BBC Alba will cover, and will gain further experience and learn from the commentators there.
