Are you looking for your next challenge? We have some exciting opportunities for 2 bright sparks to join us as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer & Apprentice Electrical Engineer at BSW Timber Ltd, Fort William.

We’re looking for individuals with a strong desire to develop an engineering career within the timber industry. Our apprenticeship programmes run for 4 years and BSW will support you on your journey to becoming a fully qualified engineer through study and on the job learning.

About you:

We’re looking for motivated individuals with a positive and enthusiastic approach. With an eagerness to develop yourself in a fast paced and growing business, you must be confident and determined to succeed. In addition, we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Collaborative team players.

• High level of organisation, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.

• Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.

• Be willing to undertake all relevant training required to fulfil the programme.

No experience is necessary as full training is given. Candidates must hold at least 5 GCSEs at grades 4 – 7 (C or above), or equivalent.
